End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between Ramy Kamil Abd El-Masih ("Licensor") and you ("Licensee") regarding the use of this software ("Software").

By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Software.

License

The Software is provided free of charge, with full basic functionality. Certain advanced features are included in a 30-day free trial. After the trial ends, you may:
- Continue using the basic features for free, or
- Choose to upgrade to unlock all advanced features again.

Advanced Features (Trial Only or With Upgrade)

These include (but are not limited to):
- Remote database connection
- Create new databases
- Backup and restore
- User management and permissions
- User registration and chat
- Operation manager
- Screen controller
- Export/send reports
- Dark mode
- Set default rows per load

Note: In the free version, all printed transactions will show the name of the Software.

Restrictions

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or sell the Software without the written permission of the Licensor.

Ownership

The Software is owned by the Licensor. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights remain with the Licensor. You must not remove or alter any legal notices from the Software.

Disclaimer
----------

The Software is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or meet your needs.

Liability
---------

The Licensor is not responsible for any damages or data loss resulting from the use of the Software.

Indemnity
---------

You agree to protect and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims related to your use of the Software.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the complete agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Software.

Severability
------------

If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the rest will still apply.

Final Note
----------

By using this Software, you confirm that you understand and accept this Agreement. If not, you must uninstall and stop using the Software.
